Program Manager - Supply Chain Data Architecture

What You'll Do

We have an exciting position available for a creative, inspired program manager to work with our Supply Chain Transformation team to oversee and program lead our Strategic Transformation Initiatives driving Supply Chain Data Architecture and Analytics. You possess a strong program management background, will have demonstrated experience leading large projects, and will have a well-rounded background including 10 plus years' experience. You are able to thrive and succeed in a high-reaching environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or contending priorities.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Program leadership lead a team of multi-functional business and IT domain experts to develop and execute a multi-year capability roadmaps, priorities, and critical initiatives
  • Collaborate, influence and drive multi-functional teams
  • Handle analytical tool sets and governance
  • Business and Systems Architecture partnerships engage with business and IT architects across various groups in the development and execution of the supply chain transformation program, along with key data and analytics partners
  • Build capability and capacity within the organization by acting as an inspiring leader to solution problems, help triage, assess and drive closure to open or unassigned risks, gap business capabilities or issues
  • Ensure successful, consistent execution of program(s). Maintain integrated view of the transformation data architecture and analytics portfolio and ensure plans are achievable
  • Development of budgetary requirements and relevant success and / or business metrics for program(s)

Who You'll Work With

The SCT team is chartered to architect and build the supply chain of the future. The team enables strategic transformation by applying strengths; setting strategy, designing the target business architecture, and delivering through multi-functional solution design and implementation through flawless program execution. SCT includes critical functions for SCO including Strategy, Acquisition Integration, Sustainability, Compliance, Business Architecture, Data Management & Analytics, and the Portfolio Management Office. SCT works closely with internal Supply Chain Functions along with IT, CPS, Finance, Services, and other Cisco partners to ensure Supply Chain is properly aligned with modern and future business and customer needs.

Data Management and Analytics team is one of the key functions within the SCT to implement data strategy, data governance and data analytics practices with multi-functional teams within SCO. The team delivers self-service analytics capability to meet our business needs and drive improvements in supply chain performance.

Who You Are

You have deep expertise in Program Management with Supply Chain knowledge. You have outstanding collaboration skills to engage with partners across the organization. You possess deep understanding in agile software development processes and lifecycle management. You strive to understand supply chain models and systems capabilities. Solid understanding of data architecture, analytics, and how to partner with IT on the development of new capabilities. You have a deep understanding of data governance, stewardship, and data quality.

Required Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Methodology Certifications
  • Proven effectiveness in program leadership roles
  • Experience leading large multi-functional teams
  • Experience in problem solving and change management
  • Effective in influencing and using effective collaborative relationships for success
  • Excellent analytical, written and verbal communications skills and the ability to influence, interact, and present at multiple levels in the organization
  • You are results oriented, ambitious, flexible, and able to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experience
  • 10 or more years of technical experience
