The Corporate IS Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Project Management Analyst I.

As part of the Project Management Office Team, the Project Management Analyst provides project management support to the Behavioral Health Information Services Team. Works directly with project leads to assist on complex projects that support the organizations ability to achieve strategic, financial and time-based goals. Shares experience and expertise with team members. Provides support for medium and large projects by compiling checklists and preparing project plan documentation, composing meeting notes, facilitating web meetings, documenting, managing and tracking action items and tasks. Perform duties associated with the management of projects for all aspects of the various information systems.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Serves as Project Manager for projects where assigned: runs meetings; manages agenda; maintains project calendar; provides recaps and tracks action items, tasks, issues and project status; drives deadlines and project completion.
  • Maintains solid documentation of standard procedures and processes; evaluates and suggests improvements to processes and promotes continuous improvement of project plans and communication methods.
  • Communicates with project members to ensure they're aware of any new developments in a project's status, including: organizing meeting times and locations; updating project schedules; and ensuring that all necessary parties are aware of project deadlines.
  • Provides project support and assistance to the program manager (PM) for very large projects and process improvements to ensure project objectives are met. Assists program manager in driving deadlines.
  • Becomes familiar with all goals of the projects supported to facilitate project completion.
Job Requirements

Position Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office Proficient in Word, Power Point, Outlook, Visio, strong understanding of Excel and Project (or comparable project management tool).
  • Webinar meeting facilitation.
  • Able to communicate clearly and respectfully with all levels at Corporate and with BH facility personnel.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to set and manage client expectations.
  • Experience leading projects, establishing consensus and moving forward to complete objectives.
  • Knowledge of project management terms and tools, support methods and practices.
  • At least 1 year of project management experience.
  • Learns quickly, takes constructive feedback on performance, stays focused on the job with attention to detail and produces desired outcomes.

  • Strong prioritization skills with an ability to manage and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to present and explain information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding.

  • Strong organizational skills; ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

  • Comfortable with speaking in groups.

  • Comfortable with a dynamic environment.


  • 3-5 years healthcare, project management or information technology experience.
  • Proficient in note taking, Word formatting, editing.
  • Proficient typing/ keyboarding- WPM minimum of 35.

Travel Requirements: up to 40% domestic US travel (depending on projects).
