What youll do As a Design Transformation & Graphic Development team lead you will oversee the packaging execution workflow. You will work closely with internal and external teams as well as lead a team of design associates to efficiently manage all design transformation needs for the PBNA team. Lead the graphic development execution of packaging initiatives, evolving design concepts into actionable pre-production files for commercialization. Balance competing priors, while identifying and working against the right priorities, directing the pre-production development/extrapolation of packaging materials across numerous brands, variety of skus, structures and substrates in collaboration with on-site studio. Acquire the knowledge necessary to provide functional expertise (understands the process cold) and build strong relationships across the organization. Leads critical alignments meetings, across a broad range of constituents; design leads, brand, legal, scientific & regulatory, consumer relations, graphic commercialization, etc., to obtain feedback and consensus, and influence others to deliver on agree upon deliverables. Lead recurring pre-production/printability and commercialization meetings. Aligning functional experts from on-site studio, graphic commercialization, brand and design leads, while facilitating discussions and obtaining clarity around execution concerns Develop and communicate actionable timelines to key stakeholders and proactively engage them to keep projects on track and hit key milestones and meet critical time bound goals. Continuously analyze existing processes to identify opportunities and implement optimizations Manage all education and onboarding for internal team and partners. Provide mentorship and guidance to direct reports in the execution of brand projects, beauty mock ups, and development of reference and education materials. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors degree required. 8+ years experience in creative services or project management role, ideally leading a team. Strong understanding of creative development workflows and fundamentals, pre-production process and timing. Demonstrate solid project management, collaboration and facilitation skills to work across businesses, sectors, and functions. Must be extremely organized and able to manage competing priorities, gain stakeholder alignment to move initiatives forward Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; can communicate persuasively to win support across wide range of internal and external partners, minimizes/removes barriers that get in the way of achieving results while driving alignment. Detail oriented, highly organized, ability to manage the large quantity of information across various brands, product deliverables and assets required. Experience in balancing competing priorities without losing momentum, multitasks without sacrificing quality of work.. Self motivated, while exhibits a can-do attitude and a willingness to take on significant challenges while being resourceful, can work through adversity. Learns from experiences and can readily apply that knowledge to new situations and provide actionable steps and solutions.
