Meraki is seeking an experienced Project Manager to be responsible for driving end-to-end sales projects and initiatives. As a Sales PMO Project Manager, you will lead the Sales Strategic Initiatives projects for the Americas region, and work cross functional with our Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Support, Finance, Legal and Operations teams to deliver high-value projects on time with quality and within budget.

What you will be doing:

You will manage Americas Sales Strategic Initiatives projects and execute, and track project deliverables, achievements, action items, dependencies, risks and mitigation plans.

You will develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams to best understand and deliver on business goals and priorities.

You will adhere to metrics and governance for Meraki and Sales PMO processes and actively provide inputs to process improvements.

Craft project status reporting and deliver effective and consistent updates to senior leaders and partners.

Track the progress of other Americas initiatives projects.

Supervise all Americas projects results to ensure alignment with Meraki sales Objectives (OKR)

Support other WW Meraki Sales teams on Project Management consultations.

You are ideal for this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience leading sophisticated, mission-critical, cross-functional projects
  • Experience managing projects in at least one of the areas such as software, hardware, embedded, networking, cloud technologies or products
  • Must have a successful track record of delivering projects on-time with quality
  • Solid understanding of product/project life cycle or launch cycle
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with project planning tools (Excel, Gantt charts, Jira, Wrike, Confluence, Google Docs)
  • Should be able to deal well with rapid changes, and feel comfortable navigating uncertain/ambiguous situations.
