The Collaboration Team in Germany is looking for a high-energy, industry experienced, passionate and talented leader joining our team. YOU will lead the team of Solution Sales Specialists helping our customers to build extraordinary experiences for their customers, employees and extended business partners.

Become a part of the Architecture Sales team that owns and drives the product and solution sales for the Collaboration architecture within the Public Sector market.
Take control of the business and make an impact by making decisions, shaping the strategy, engaging with customers and inspiring Cisco sales teams.

 



What Youll Do:


In this highly transparent role you will be the responsible leader for the Collaboration Sales team - through teamwork, influence, knowledge and respect.

Public Sector is one of the most dynamic markets for Collaboration not just these days.
Education, Healthcare, Government, Administration or Social Welfare the Public Sector is facing a huge transformation, and this is just in the beginning.

Develop and lead an integrated sales coverage model using the power of all relevant resources (PSS, SE , Partner Sales, CX and vertical resources) to capture the business opportunity and momentum in the Market.

  • Build and execute a creative joint business plan with sales management for your assigned vertical. Grow and convert pipeline, perform and transform the Business
  • Drive software and recurring Revenue sales with the team as one of Ciscos strategic initiatives
  • Understand, articulate and position both internally and externally Cisco's Collaboration Architecture and Solution and the benefits/value for our customers and partners
  • Develop and cultivate strong relationships with key customer and partner contacts at the executive level
  • Directly engage on selected opportunities where required, whilst allowing the local account team to maintain overall ownership
  • Take a lead role with senior management, peers, partners and customers in progressing Ciscos success in Collaboration solutions
  • Own the transformation of the Architecture team to business outcome and LoB selling
  • Possess an Executive Presence - Achieving results through influence and communication
  • Develop sales ecosystem line of business enablement strategies focusing on building customer value
  • Engage, advise and mentor sales management teams on Customer Experience imperatives and business value based consultative selling approaches
  • Provide the Leadership - Setting a vision and empowering teams to achieve growth and results.
  • Posssess the Relationship Management - initiate, sustain and grow relationships with key customer executives and decision maker.

 

Who You Are:

  • You have Executive Presence and are able to achieve results through influence and communication
  • You have experience in running complex Sales models, using the power and strength of diverse teams and functions
  • You have the ability to influence partners on the executive level
  • You have Financial and Business Insight - knowledge, skills and understanding of P&L, business concepts, tools and processes for making sound business decisions
  • Operational Excellence you are able to chieving Operational and Sales Excellence
  • You should be able to work with Partners and Cisco sales organizations enabling them to develop effective line of business sales strategies
  • You have Consulting & Vertical Expertise you are able to lead and set the overall Collaboration sales direction; aligning portfolio knowledge, technology and solutions to customer needs and business outcomes
  • You have passion and dedication to success as well as the strong motivation to thrive in a competitive and fast changing market
  • You have written and spoken German and English language skills (C1 Level)
