Auto req ID: 271857BR Job Description Lead costing process for Quaker Supply Chain Innovation, Capital and Productivity projects. Create Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) estimates for ingredients, package materials, variable manufacturing expense, fixed costs and S&D costs at Development Stage Gate (+/- 30%), Scale-up Stage Gate (+/- 5%) and Launch (Actuals). Perform a detailed Cause of Change versus previous Stage Gates with explanations for significant variances. Actively support and/or present deliverables at SILT, Capex Committee & Productivity Governance meetings. Collaborate with cross functional partners (Engineering and Supply Chain) to prepare COGS and Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) for Capital requests. Support and cultivate cross-functional relationships within marketing, global procurement, R&D, operations and business units. Collaborate with team to support period end close, forecast and AOP deliverables. Help problem solve to create solutions for reducing cost of innovation to better meet financial guardrails. Utilize SAP to pull proxy data for Innovation projects. Utilize Powersteering to manage Productivity projects as needed. Manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis. Effective presentation of project analytics and recommendations. COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role. Qualifications/Requirements BS Accounting/Finance required; MBA/CPA preferred. Minimum 5+ years accounting and/or financial analysis experience. Supply Chain and BU FP&A or Brand Innovation experience preferred. Demonstrated ability in a business advisory/process leadership capacity. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into action plans. Strong people and communication skills to work with cross functional teams and to manage information gathering requests. Ability to build relationships, manage conflict and embrace change as well as have a positive influence on team members. Must be self-directed, results oriented and demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities. Knowledge of Quaker financial systems including SAP.
