Your Role and Responsibilities
As Recruiting Specialist, you are responsible for complete recruitment life cycle primarily through sourcing and research. You will work with the external client on their requirements, liaising with the Hiring Managers and the Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP) to refine, grow, and follow strategies that fulfil a requirement with a you.

You will advise on how to improve and build existing strategies, and provide feedback using analytics. Be responsible for the end to end recruitment right from HM engagement and Sourcing to Offering a candidate and Onboarding. You will also craft new and positive strategies using knowledge of similar fields and strategies in other marketplaces.
  • Responsible to develop candidate interest for available positions and client companies
  • Perform end-to-end recruitment activity right from req creation till req closure of the assigned positions
  • Identify target companies, user groups, professional groups which could inform search parameters
  • Use networking opportunities such as local community groups or professional associations to identify referrals for top candidates
  • Handle projects including; email marketing, competitor social chart mapping, mapping professional and alumni associations, social media, cold calling, and social activities
  • Proficiently assess need, organizing, and running information career webinars and campaigns
  • Search the internet using search engines, user groups or Blogs and other creative techniques to find prospective candidates
  • Source, screen, and submit candidates to the Hiring Manager as assigned
  • Identify user groups and professional associations which could lead to tapping the right set of candidates
  • Responsible to maintain data accuracy & timeliness to the client on need basis
  • Manage the complete offer process from getting the expectations of candidate to preparing the offer to getting approvals and releasing the same to the selected individual.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Minimum 5+ years of Technical Recruiting experience with proven success in delivering results in a dynamic, demanding fast-growing environment
  • Industry experience in BPO / ITES / F&A environment with cold-calling and headhunting skills
  • Ability to build deep domain expertise, understanding of business strategy and drive innovation.
  • Experience sourcing through social media channels and creative sourcing channels

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Experience in direct sourcing and recruitment experience in a corporate or consultancy or RPO set up is a preferred
  • Equipped with consultative instinct, passionate about recruiting and not view the role as transactional
  • Proven expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is desirable
