Our Service Provider Business seeks a Sales leader to join our sales organization in the role of Regional Manager, Service Sales. We are looking for a strong leader with all the skills to manage a team working with US and Canada based Service Providers. This is a highly visible opportunity for someone with a proven services sales or consulting sales background.

Services is a significant and critical business for Cisco today. As Ciscos customers continue to look for business outcomes and simplified business models our Services offerings have never been more important. The Ciscos Services Sales team drives sales for all areas of our best-in-class services portfolio which includes Professional, Optimization and Support services offerings.

In this position, you will lead a team of sales professionals (individual contributors and a large extended team), while working with Ciscos most visible customers and business partners.

What Youll Do

You will be responsible for the leadership of the US Segments and Canada Services Sales team. Some of the duties include.

  • Lead a team of sellers covering complex Service Provider accounts.
  • Build customized Service sales plans for our top customers to help them achieve their business objectives
  • Meet and exceed Service booking targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Increase Service Sales penetration across all customers.
  • Align your Services sales team and the Product sales teams to achieve sales goals.
  • Partner with our Services Delivery organization to ensure that Services sold deliver on our customer requirements
  • Work closely with Cisco's resale partners to integrate Cisco's Services into their offers.
  • Lead the team by providing performance feedback, guidance, and coaching.
  • Champion and lead cross functional teams to create new programs and resolve issues

Who You Are?

  • You bring 10+ years of field-based services sales experience in a high-technology environment working with large complex accounts.
  • You have managed high performance sales teams for 3+ years.
  • You are an expert at solution selling in complex accounts.
  • You know how to build, propose, and negotiate large complex deal structures.
  • You have best in class communications and presentation skills.
