Communicating all appropriate updates to operational procedure or product changes, recalls, etc. with Counter Sales Specialist staff.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E10%- Utilize existing tools and create new methods if necessary, to ensure customer satisfaction goals are being met.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;10%- Maintain a solid working relationship with all appropriate personnel at the warehouse location.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;10%- Responsible for monitoring profitability of locations from the top line sales through the EBITDA level.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E10%- Ensure all counter sales specialist have access and knowledge of the latest Interline product offering in order to maximize sales.\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003ENature and Scope:\u003C/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;
