TheRelationship Managerpromotes and manages effective relationships with Compliance Solutions clients. As the liaison with the client and as a client advocate, the Relationship Manager is the key contact within the senior levels of the client's organization. Understanding the clients' short and long term goals, the Relationship Manager serves as a facilitator of prospective new business, new feature/product opportunities, and creates /executes on an account strategy that assists in delivering a value-based relationship with each client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinates with internal and external resources to ensure client issues are addressed and resolved
  • Has responsibility for client retention, satisfaction, reference ability, and revenue/profitability growth
  • Responsible to build and grow strategic relationships high profile and large revenue clients
  • Negotiates operational issues and contract opportunities on behalf of Compliance Solutions Service Executives.
  • Partnership with Sales and coordinate securing additional business opportunities
  • Drive growth by introducing new ADP products and services
  • Focuses on securing renewals, managing/negotiating contracts, and ensuring delivery on service level agreements with clients.
  • Engages client decision makers to understand client vision and goals in outsourcing through ADP
  • Engages client during implementation and throughout remainder of client life cycle
  • Coordination and execution of periodic Account Business Reviews
  • Up to 35% travel

QUALIFICATIONS REQURED:

  • Education: BS/BA in Business discipline or the equivalent in education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of servicing large and complex Fortune 100 size clients in the area of professional services, customer success, client service for HR, payroll or finance systemsor other software and professional services
  • Ability to travel 35% based on client needs once we normalize (Can be up to 50%-60% first year)
  • Candidate must be located in the New Jersey regionwithin close proximity to the client book of businessand near a major airport

Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following:

  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executive levels within client organizations and third parties, resulting in a consultative relationship
  • Strong contract management and negotiation skills, financial and business acumen
  • Experience partnering and influencing across a matrixed organization
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, as well as demonstrated proficiency with time management and conflict resolution, is necessary
  • Has an understanding of the full suite of product offerings (Employment Tax, Wage Garnishment, Unemployment Claims, Employment Verification, Wage Payments, & Tax Credits) and knows where to escalate to get the client additional information
  • Payroll experience and CPP is a plus
  • Strong HCM, HR/Payroll Compliance industry knowledge
