The Release Train Engineer is viewed as a chief Scrum Master and partners with the Product and Agile Center of Excellence and is aligned with their strategies to provide guidance, facilitation and coaching to the Agile Release Train using a Lean-Agile mindset. The Release Train Engineer is a master of facilitation for all program level events including Program Increment Planning, Inspect & Adapt Workshops and Scrum of Scrums. They are a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train.

What you'll need


Bachelor's degree required


Agile or SAFe certifications preferred.


1+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer or in a similar role preferred.


5+ years of IS experience leading projects and/or programs in a professional environment


Release Train Engineer and SAFe experience a plus


Theoretical and practical knowledge of IS technologies and practices


Ability to explain and communicate problems, issues and go-to-green plan to business


Advanced knowledge of the Lean-Agile mindset, using various methodologies, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban and XP, to deliver solutions.


Experience using Jira, Clarity, HP ALM (QC), or similar tools.


Leadership and management experience.


Excellent people and product management skills.


Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
