Who You Are

You are responsible for processing customer renewals for auto-renewal subscriptions as well as helping migrate customers to Ciscos ordering platform. You will ensure high customer gratification during the renewal cycle, ensure a high-level of data accuracy, and partner with the renewals account managers to provide an impeccable customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • You execute all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle to include notifying customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing renewals opportunities for accounts
  • You notify and assist customers with migrating to Ciscos ordering platform at the time of renewal.
  • You find and execute upsells within your customer base.
  • You ensure invoice accuracy and work closely with Finance to make sure payment is collected.

Education & Experience:

  • You have excellent verbal (via telephone) and written (via email) communications skills
  • You are highly detail oriented with the ability to handle a large volume of accounts, tasks and responsibilities
  • You have strong customer service, listening and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • You have experience with SaaS-based applications and services preferred
  • You have experience working with Salesforce.com preferred
  • You are Self Starter / High Energy / Positive Attitude / Customer Focused
