As part of North America Shared Services team, this role will primarily be responsible for creating and developing robust reporting and analytics for all of the Payment Services Functions (AP, T&E and Payroll), providing scorecards, project support, technology enhancements and service delivery support for our internal teams and two BPO providers. This role will also support our business partners by providing reporting and value add analytics in support of adhoc projects and initiatives. The Manager will have direct responsibility for managing a team of 3 highly performing exempt employees. Accountabilities and Deliverables: Develop robust scorecards and reporting for AP, T&E and Payroll in support of business decisioning, performance management and trend analysis. Support improved capability and capacity through identification, design and development of automation using SQL Query, VBA, Tableau, Celonis, Power BI and other tools and technologies Support bot development and maintenance, including compliance with governance reviews and documentation Use in-depth knowledge and expertise with various querying and reporting tools and languages to mine, consolidate and analyze data for ad hoc reporting requests and research assignments Develop and refine queries and reports that address the unique and evolving needs of the Business Units Coordinate and execute test plans in support of various system and automation implementations Identify and effect systems and process improvement opportunities through automation and participate in cross-functional collaboration to help develop and implement solutions Research, analyze and explain transactional exceptions, patterns and impacts relative to Accounts Payable, T&E and Payroll functions Provide insights and analysis as needed in support of special projects across Payment Services, Corporate and Divisions Ensure all processes operate within a well-controlled environment, including compliance with data security and access policies, systems security and access policies, and process controls; Ensure execution and verification of key operating and SOX controls Support internal, external, federal and state financial audit requests and inquiries **This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely and in the Plano, TX office ** #LI-Hybrid COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's Degree in related field of study (e.g., Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Reporting & Analytics, etc.) At least 6 years of relevant business experience and practical exposure in some of the following roles: automation development, backend reporting development, data mining and root cause analysis, summary and interpretation of financial data This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications: MBA with minimum of 4 years of post-grad experience P2P and Accounts Payable experience strongly preferred ERP system reporting experience, preferably in both Oracle and SAP; BW and Teradata experience strongly preferred SQL query and VBA macro writing expertise Highly advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint Demonstrated excellent analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
