The Reporting & Data Management Analyst on the Strategic Planning & Analysis (SP&A) team is responsible for the management, development, and integration of data and reporting solutions that support Corporate Services vision and goals. The role is primarily focused on supporting Enterprise Sourcing & Procurement (ES&P), but also includes support for Real Estate Services (RES), Enterprise Resiliency & Response (ER&R), and Enterprise Operations & Strategy (EO&S).

Primary Responsibilities:

    ""
  • Create and maintain data acquisition and capture processes to support various reporting requirements. This can include ingesting data across multiple technology platforms, transforming the data, and loading it to appropriate destinations
  • ""
  • Design and develop strategic reporting for customer analysis. This can include everything from data aggregation in SQL Server to creating a dashboard or report in Tableau
  • ""
  • Consult and coordinate with customers to determine data management and reporting requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
  • ""
  • Establish automation processes for repeatable tasks
  • ""
  • Help drive innovation across all data management and reporting responsibilities resulting in efficiencies and additional insights to help inform decision making
  • ""
  • Assist in design, test, implementation, maintenance and control of physical and relational databases
  • ""
  • Apply high level attention to detail and organizational skills to increase data integrity and quality
  • ""
  • Follow internal standards and best practices to ensure consistency in calculations and terminology across reports

Required Qualifications:

    ""
  • Bachelors degree (quantitative or business), or equivalent experience
  • ""
  • 5+ years of reporting and data management experience
  • ""
  • Experience with data visualization, preferably Tableau, to create insightful and intuitive dashboards
  • ""
  • Experience with SQL, including joins and aggregations
  • ""
  • Experience with end-to-end data management processes, including working with a variety of source platforms and formats to extract, transform, and load data to platforms accessible by end users
  • ""
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and database architecture
  • ""

  • SQL Server optimization experience including execution plans, proper use of indexes, and statistics

  • Knowledge of Sourcing & Procurement and/or Real Estate utilization processes

  • Team player and strong ability to work with other disciplines across departments
