Research and Contract Load Data Loading Analysts (RCL DLAs) are responsible for various research and loading activities related to the provider network database (NDB) and Emptoris. RCL DLAs conduct research and make informed decisions to deliver quality results. They are responsible for conducting proper research and initiating requests to properly maintain the provider data housed in our core systems to allow for proper claim payment and member directory information.     ""
  • Utilize database systems and tools to enter and/or research provider data in NDB and/or Emptoris.
  • ""
  • Receive data from multiple inbound sources and conduct proper research to initiate requests to provider data in database systems.
  • ""
  • Review system results to determine whether keyed data is correct or updates are necessary.
  • ""
  • Contact internal or external data submitter to verify/clarify information and/or data to be entered, when required.
  • ""
  • Research multiple databases to pull in the correct or needed information.
  • ""
  • Maintain current knowledge of business strategies, rules, and procedures (e.g., attend training).
  • ""
  • Demonstrate an understanding of and apply business strategies, rules, and procedures as appropriate (e.g., determine whether to reject or accept data prior to entry).
  • ""
  • Participate in applicable ad hoc projects, as assigned.
  • ""
  • Consistently meet target production, quality and time utilization metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • ""
  • 6+ months customer service experience
  • ""
  • 6+ months computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office (including Excel, Outlook, Word) and computer navigation skills
  • ""
  • Database research experience
  • ""
  • You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location
  • ""
  • Employees are required to screen for symptoms using theProtectWellmobileapp, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phonesystem)or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior toentering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe.Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders.In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expectedto wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained.
