Primary Responsibilities:

""

  • Serve as"the senior-most Research account owner for 10+ Research portfolios. Be directly"accessible to client executives. Create, synthesize and execute on solutions"for key member challenges. Represent the Research account internally in"pan-Optum portfolio discussions
  • Deepen"and grow key client CXO relationships through thought partnership. Develop a"deep understanding of client executive priorities and design/package/deliver"research insights, tools and solutions that are meaningful.
  • Enhance"thought partnership by maintaining expertise in the Strategy terrain including"fluency in research content and point-of-view and by staying current on topics"impacting the industry. Facilitate on-site presentations and delivery content"(e.g. SOU)
  • Work with"terrain level experts to scope research services and ensure integration and"coordination with overarching service plan strategy
  • Drive"renewal rate inflection by delivering outsized value. Support organization in"growing the Research portfolio to meet needs. Identify potential Partner"organizations and work closely with internal teams to scope new business"opportunities

Required Qualifications

""

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited"college or university
  • 8+ years of relevant business development, research, and/or"service delivery experience
  • Deep understanding of strategic and"operational issues facing hospital and health system executives, and excitement"about the opportunity to focus on research and its ability to transform and"help shape the health care market
  • Dynamic and compelling communication"and presentation style, ability to captivate and convince an executive audience
  • Comfort with ambiguity, ability to"develop deliverables from scratch, and work well with others at all levels"within the organization
  • Proven thought leadership of"knowledge that shapes the health care industry's thinking
  • Unflagging attention to detail and"commitment to quality
  • Ability to travel up to 70%
  • You will be asked to perform this"role in an office setting or other company location
  • Employees are required to screen for"symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e.,"entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth"Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in"order to keep our work sites safe.
