Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCos beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization. Job Description: The Key Account Manager (KAM) for Retail Sales is responsible for executing a selling strategy in assigned retail accounts. Successful candidates will manage key customer relationships including negotiating customer agreements that deliver against internal operating plans and customer expectations. Responsibilities Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned accounts by using fact-based selling methods Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance Analyze customer information and business trends using IRI and Nielsen to identify and expand business opportunities Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction Cultivate strong customer relationships Ensure customers are complying with PBC contract requirements Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of fact-based selling experience Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience Consumer packaged goods experience Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States Must have a valid driver's license Safe driving record strongly preferred Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location. For specific information, please discuss role requirements with the recruiter Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $68,000 - $113,850. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
