\u003Cdiv data-field=\u0022Position_Description\u0022 class=\u0022Summary\u0022\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPOSITION PURPOSE\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThe Retail Media Business Development Sr. Manager is directly responsible for introducing vendors to the Home Depot\u0026rsquo;s Retail Media offerings and converting those vendors to active participants on the platforms. The primary purpose of this role is to generate new business, grow revenue and provide sales support to Retail Media accounts. Individual in this position must demonstrate exceptional dedication to meeting customer needs through timely sales calls, on-site visits and timely follow-up.\u0026nbsp; To be successful, the Sr. Manager must develop strong, personal relationships with clients (vendors) and prospective clients as well as internal stakeholders. This includes, but is not limited to business client acquisition, relationship management, presenting media proposals and contract negotiation. The Retail Media Business Development Sr. Manager is expected to have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to conduct operational meetings with all levels.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EMAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003E45% - Generate new business leads with clients (vendors). Identify key business client acquisition targets and qualify prospect by conducting face to face and virtual sales meetings and presentations. Participate in industry specific tradeshows and conventions to develop sales leads and business relationships. Interact with vendors to identify needs and obtain buy-in/support for program solutions that provide increased future opportunities.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E30% - Work with eCommerce Marketing leadership team to develop marketing strategies and ensure they provide strong strategic planning and tactical execution.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E15% - Maintain client (vendor) relationships. Work closely with potential and existing clients to develop strategic partnerships that results in mutually beneficial financial outcomes.
