**Business Overview:**



Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS) serves the core financial needs of individual clients and plan participants by connecting our capabilities across the firm. RPWS is responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive set of personal wealth and retirement products and services through Banking, Merrill Edge and Advisory channels. RPWS provides tools and content that enables financial advisors and bankers to help their client’s live better financial lives.



**Job Description:**



Primary role is to manage the Health Benefit Solutions product development process that includes the management and oversight of the following key responsibilities:



o Management and oversight of product plan enhancement process

o Responsible for developing & producing product oversight metrics

o Day to day management of product procedures, policies and process flows

o Management of Product Mailbox (product requests, tutorial question and problem resolution)

o Liaison with Request for Proposal (RFP) team

o Management of Product responses within the RPWS RFP Database for HBS

o Day to day management of product self-identified audit issues/assessments/reviews

o Day to day management of product contract and amendment requests

• Builds action plans and drives execution by effectively communicating with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed.

• Engages with business partners to analyze present-state processes and develop alternative future-state approaches and facilitate implementation.

• Write or Review Scope and high level business requirements documents

• Collaborates with internal and external partners to develop and transition activities including process flows, procedures, and communication strategies for new development items.



**Required** **Qualifications:**



• Bachelors Degree

• Strong Organizational Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with all audiences to include line of business operations, technology, legal, risk, compliance, clients and external vendors

• Strong Analytical Skills

• Client relationship/vendor management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Visio, Power Point, MS Project and Excel)

• Effectively communicates among peers and with management

• Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and tasks with overlapping deliverable dates

• Demonstrates initiative: is conscientious and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility

• Proven ability to successfully manage conflict

• Proven team leadership and meeting facilitation skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
