Revenue Growth Management Sr Manager, Convenience Channel
Responsibilities This role can be done remotely with a preference from withing the South Division Geography. Requirement for regular presence at Division Office (Orlando, FL) will be needed and some occasional travel within division should also be expected. As the Convenience Channel Revenue Growth Management Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the Convenience Channel Pack Price Architecture for the South Division. By understanding our consumers and our retail customers and using your revenue management expertise you will direct the PBNA Commercial growth strategy by identifying portfolio opportunities and developing the corporate pricing and promotion guidance for our products. The Convenience Channel Revenue Growth Management Manager will lead strategic thinking and problem-solving - structuring problems, analytical framing and modeling, generating insights and recommendations to develop and optimize the long-term revenue strategy for some of our biggest beverage brands (i.e. Gatorade, Pepsi, Dew, Starbucks, Lipton, Rockstar). Major Tasks & Key Responsibilities: Analytics & Insights Data Artist: Learn to access traditional industry data (IRI) and collaborate on unlocking of non-traditional data sources (SKUPOS, PDI and HIFI) to assess pricing performance and competitive trends. Weekly Pricing Council: Identify and Review pricing/strategy requiring Divsion/Sector leadership team alignment. Business Integration Collaborate: Partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance & other PepsiCo divisions to drive Long-Term net revenue growth across the organization. Occasion Based Pricing: Works closely Sales & Marketing, Brand Teams, Divisions and Insights teams to lead Occasion-based pack assortment development and create long term revenue management strategy through Pack Price Architecture. Strategy & Planning Convenience Strategy Development: Assist RGM Sr Director in the development and communication of Division Convenience Channel Strategy. OTS Stakeholder: Active Participant in development and evaluation of the Division Annual Medal Program and Partner with Convenience CDA Framework. Manage Mix: Primary change agent for profitability growth through Package Mix.
