Your Role and Responsibilities

Who You Are and What Will You Do

The Mobility Expense Representative serves as the focal for ensuring accuracy of all submitted expense claims to IBM Policy. It also engages as independent professional with a continuous commitment to achieve and demonstrate organizational priorities, needs and policies support administration of mobility. It also meets the job requirements of this role by meeting Service Level Agreements and delivering productivity and process improvements. The position involves close collaboration with Team Leader, Management and external parties. This position works with the Global Expense Mobility Leader.

Other tasks are as follows:

  1. Work with the delivery of reimbursements to employees on their individual assignment/relocation expense reimbursement requests.
  2. Perform requires policy interpretation, keen auditing skills and customer interaction via e-mail and/or phone.
  3. Performs varied, complex, administrative duties requiring analytical skills in the compiling, comparing, and relating of data from several sources within a diverse and complex business environment.
  4. To audit and process employee reimbursement submissions for Mobility expense requests against the Mobility Policy, Accounting and tax guidelines in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, process definition, research, analysis, problem solving, and inspecting own work and the work of others for compliance with IBM's procedures and processes.
  6. Other Administrative Task assigned by the management



Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • You possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Psychology / Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (day shift, mid-shift or night-shift)
  • Amenable to work in Quezon City (Eastwood City, Libis)



Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Above average to excellent communication skills.
