Auto req ID: 273500BR Job Description The Zone Assistant must have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. The Zone Assistant must be flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities. Primary duties of this position include in person/remote (hybrid) customer service to customers and both Sales and Sales Ops teams. Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (SAP HCM), IMS Masterfiles and other systems. XPTR is helpful but will train. Customer Service Responsibilities Include: Maintaining accountability of issues through resolution with the appropriate manager New hire Poonton support with partnership with the ZBM team NEO - onboarding activities meetings, DQF sign offs, polices, I9, etc. Employee Assistance Sales and Sales Operations Sales Accounting, Daily Paperwork, Warehouse Questions, etc. Rewards & Recognition Sales and Sales Operations Gift Card Ordering, Meals, Tracking, Zone Submission of zone expenses, P card, tickets, violations, etc Iphone/HH/Equipment Returns, tracking, reports ordering, etc. Meeting Prep Sales and Sales Operations (planning, prep, day of, etc) Masterfiles Customer Call ins, general inquiries to zone and buildings Supply Ordering Sales and Sales Operations Maintenance Repairs, Vendor Coordination, facility management Communication boards Sales and Sales Operations Mail/UPS/DHL/FEDEX Coupon Distribution Fleet (toll tags, registration, fuel card requests/cancellations) Security (ID Badges, System Maintenance, etc) D&I Events As One 1:1 DSL Support in addition to personal 1:1 Help with Recruiting Events & Out Reach Records Maintenance and Filing Keeping federal posting boards updated and accurate for each district office Revenue Audit Employee Computer related support (i.e. IPads, IPhone, computers) Behind the scenes support for RSR and SDLs Daily Reconciliation and verification process for sales organization Tracking and communicating DOT documents needed from all Regulated DOT employees Mastefiles Data Base Safety tracking/training, OSHA, audits, safety committee meetings, DOT mailings to DOT coordinator Lead the uniform allowance ordering Support flu clinics, wellness fairs, COC, District Meetings, etc Bidding support for vacation, route bidding, etc. Partner within the zone, region and HRZA function/team The expected salary range is $46,000 - 53,000 annually Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
