Who You'll Work With

You will work as part of the Central theatre (Eastern and Central Europe and Russia & CIS) in EMEAR Sales. As a Business Analyst in our team, you will work on complex business analysis challenges in the areas of Sales Insights and Advanced Analytics for the theatre and act as a trusted business advisor to the Strategy and Planning, Architecture and Channel leaders, as well as the theatre VP.

 

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities as a Business Analyst will include the following:

  • Analytics, business case development and decision support for key projects coming from the theatre sales leadership team
  • Formulating and testing hypotheses to tackle business problems, as well as presenting results to the sales leadership team and recommending actions to improve business performance
  • Analyzing market, customer, technology and competitive trends
  • Engage with senior sales leaders to design and implement analytics solutions that drive innovation and quick, effective decision-making
  • Design and implement solutions using the SAP Hana data foundation and Tableau visualization tools
  • Participate in the design and implementation of advanced/predictive data models to enable faster decision-making and execution across the sales organization
  • Engage with developers and finance partners to validate business requirements and models to ensure they are technically feasible and financially accurate.

 

Who You Are

Should you be interested in this role you should come with the following experience and skills:

  • You are result oriented with a Data Mind-set, ideally previously exposed to a variety of roles involving data, reporting and, analysis
  • You have strong data wrangling/manipulation skills, such as advanced excel and SQL
  • You have some or a lot of experience with visualization platforms like Tableau
  • You have some or a lot of experience with advanced analytics and data science techniques
  • You are an enthusiastic team player with positive can-do attitude who is flexible and can collaborate effectively with different business functions to deliver a solution
  • You are proactive and never wait for a challenge, you seek them
  • You have the ability to work in a high-performing, fast paced environment on complex projects with tight deadlines
  • Your verbal and written communication enable you to clearly address both technical and non-technical audiences
  • You are able to Communicate developments and milestones effectively to a large group of stakeholders across the company
  • You clearly understand key financial concepts (Revenue, OpEx, Margin, Discount, etc.)
  • You have the ability to engage and execute across business, analytics and IT to deliver a solution
