Sales District Leader Designate
Responsibilities PepsiCo Sales is seeking a District Sales Leader Designate to join our team, in this role, you will complete a 9-month onboarding program to develop the skills necessary for the District Sales Leader position. During your training, you will learn about our Direct Store Delivery network and supply chain, as well as the role of frontline sales reps. As a District Sales Leader, you will be responsible for all aspects of running a sales district, including leading 10-15 Route Sales Representatives and managing a $5-15 million business. You must be a strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills who thrives in a dynamic and constantly changing work environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing positive relationships with customers and growing sales through effective selling, executing sales programs and initiatives, and leading district meetings to achieve sales objectives. Conducting one-on-one meetings with your sales reps to discuss performance, selling and customer service skills, and coaching your team to sell effectively. Developing sales strategies using PepsiCo-specific applications to collect and interpret statistical data. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you should have: A completed bachelor's degree is preferred. At least two years of experience leading a team of frontline employees. Consumer packaged goods experience in a Direct Store Delivery environment is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow-up skills, with the ability to motivate yourself and others. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point). A valid driver's license and a safe driving record. The ability to lift up to 40 pounds periodically.
