The Sales Enablement Manager (SaaS) will partner closely with our Sales Enablement & Productivity Leader to scale onboarding & enablement across Cisco SaaS Security products. To achieve this, youll need to forge dynamic relationships across the organization and work closely with them. You must be able to thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, and roll up your sleeves to get the job done in an organized and strategic-focused manner.

Who You Are:

  • A strong enablement specialist who will be excited to be a part of the SaaS Sales Enablement & GTM team and work with internal partners to develop onboarding and enablement content for targeted Cisco SaaS products
  • Content curator for sales collateral, on-demand content, and instructor-led training
  • Happy and comfortable presenting in front of a room or virtually to new hires and existing team members
  • Solid track record of successfully executing on an employee-focused program
  • A relationship builder. Partner and collaboration management are key drivers of our team.
  • A pro at using different platforms such as LMSs, CRMs, and Wikis to engage sales people in learning, as well as content development tools
  • A sales advocate; ensuring that sales onboarding & ongoing enablement is reflective of our culture and brand from start to finish
  • A builder; collecting feedback on programs and presenting recommendations on future program needs
  • Someone who thrives in an environment where the speed is hyper-growth, and both constant change and ambiguity equal a normal day

Skills you have:

  • 3+ years of both sales and training experience
  • Experience working in high tech SaaS
  • Experience with enablement efforts for product launches
  • Developing and curating content for a sales audience
  • Outstanding organization and multitasking skills, as well as experience managing programs and projects
  • Excels in executing, prioritizing, and meeting timelines in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Developing project plans and program managing them
  • Strong eye for business, consultative and influence skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
