GTM Enablement Partner for Deal Strategy & Operations

 

Be a part of this exciting new GTM organization within the Deal Strategy & Operations org as we scale AppDynamics to the next level of growth. The GTM Enablement Partner will play a pivotal role in assisting to deliver streamlined and efficient communication as well as content and training needs associated with the various new GTM initiatives and projects on the horizon helping to drive AppDynamics growth and scale of the business. In addition, the GTM Enablement Partner will be partnering with our Deal Strategy & Operations team to actively seek out areas of improvement and ongoing training and onboarding needs to upscale the potential of the overall organization.

The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement and/or execute on enablement and communications strategies. In this role you will be supporting our Deal Strategy & Operations team, so it may be helpful to understand general Quote-to-Cash procedures and requirements. Ultimately, you will need to be highly motivated by the desire to create content, on board and train members of Deal Strategy & Operations to optimize productivity, global consistency and standardization, and become a connector within the organization.

Enablement & Content

  • Coordinate with the Director of GTM and GTM Project Managers to define ongoing GTM initiatives and any applicable content and training requirements.

  • Act as a liaison between members of Deal Strategy & Operations, GTM Team, and cross functional stakeholders to gain feedback on gaps in existing content and training provided.

  • Create written content to educate the sales team and Deal Strategy & Operations team when it comes to new GTM initiatives and project go-live releases.

  • Train Deal Strategy & Operations team as well as the sales team on best use of enablement materials.

  • Field ad hoc content and support requests from the Deal Strategy & Operations team and sales team.

  • Assist during training calls and any deal related calls for Deal Strategy & Operations and providing demos as needed.

  • Manage the content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.

  • Determine content adoption metrics and define enablement best practices.

  • Gather feedback from the Deal Strategy & Operations team as well as sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.

Communications

  • Assist in the development and implementation of a communications strategy related to supporting the Deal Strategy & Operations organization.

  • Act as a liaison between members of Deal Strategy & Operations, GTM Team, and cross functional stakeholders to acquire and maintain detailed knowledge around corporate objectives and strategies, and to keep up-to-date with relevant developments on new GTM initiatives and project releases.

  • Actively manage the Deal Strategy & Operations Newsletter, Business update documentation, and any other culturally enhancing communications for the organization.

  • Support and evaluate adoption of communications cadence and content with the GTM team.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree from a great university preferred, or equivalent level of experience

 
  • You have minimum 2 years experience within an Enablement or Communications role, or within a Sales Operations role with exposure to Quote to Cash procedures, accounting and operational processes and regulations.

  • You have worked within a software or technology company.

  • You have experience creatively managing content and training requirements.

  • You can demonstrate high-level problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Youre cool under pressure and able to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.

  • You have a track record of building quality internal and external relationships in order to create strong business partnerships.

  • Youre self-directed, highly creative and detail oriented - as well as able to multitask and work effectively in a very fast paced environment.

  • Youre a strong team player, excellent communication skills, positive attitude and good work ethic.
