Job Description Enterprise Sales Rep

Wanted:

An enterprise sales over-achiever who strives to push boundaries and develop their career each and every day. Evolving at a

rapid pace, AppDynamics are dominating the Application Intelligence marketplace thus require experienced a-players with a

thirst for action and an appetite for massive earnings.

As the first employee in China, you will be the CEO and the Janitor of your own business. You will also have the huge backing

of Cisco to make sure AppDynamics and Cisco are a huge success in China.

Charter:

As an Individual contributor, This role entails the following charter:

Identify top 15 accounts that would be the first year revenue generators.

Create an executable plan to go after the 15 identified accounts.

Create a land & expand sales plan for each of the accounts.

Maximise ROT (Return on your time) in the 15 accounts.

Establish a business value for the 15 accounts enabling them to make a faster decision on AppD.

Engage using a sales methodology that guarantees success.

Exceed quarterly and yearly quota.

Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential

Team up with the Pre-sales buddy to demonstrate technical value as a clear differentiator.

Invest in your self-development, focusing on the skills and attributes that will make you successful in your core role and

get you set up for future success.

Working in an individual contributor position within a high-energy team thats very successful in Asia, you will meet overachievers

Pipeline generation is the lifeblood of our operation and in joining this team; you must possess that same drive to uncover new

opportunity as part of your daily operating rhythm with a maniacal focus on closures.

Who are you today?

A proven sales professional, selling enterprise technologies to the top enterprises across China over last 15 years. You

have sold to Banks, Financial Services, Telco, Retail, Airlines, Digital companies etc.

Have a history of over- achieving against the quota.

Self-starter with an ability generate pipeline and execute a closure.

Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the C-level.

Engage prospects using a value based sales methodology that helps you get bigger and faster deals.

Thrive in a fast paced start up culture.

Loves to learn and loves to execute.

Ambitious to grow.
