What You'll Do

In this position, you will be facilitating the success of Cisco sales teams in selling Enterprise Networking products and technologies (SDWAN, SDAccess, Routing, Switching, WLAN, Meraki) with measurable sales objectives for the regions you support.

  • You will be quick to find opportunities, able to handle people and prioritize opportunities, highly capable as a trusted consultant and mentor to salespeople, and committed to improving the competency of the team.
  • You will be responsible for developing a business plan to meet and exceed assigned quota and you will plan sales strategies, develop proposals, deliver customer presentations, and close the business.

Who You'll Work With

One Winning Team Engagement - Effectively facilitating joint initiatives with cross-functional teams (Services, Customer Value Acceleration team, Capital, Partners, etc.) and strategically engaging cross functional resources to achieve their goals and hit their numbers.

Who You Are

You work well in teams, understand Cisco's Enterprise engagement model and you are able to create an outcome where it is an everybody wins environment with key Ecosystem and Partners. You will have passion for driving strategies; a strong personality with validated leadership skills working in a complex matrix organization; a strong presence and credibility established with the client base and internally.

  • You have a consistent record in managing and winning major opportunities, with the ability to work unsupervised; ability to interact as a valuable team member
  • You have the ability to handle a long and complex sales cycle that include both product and services
  • You are experienced in multi-level selling, comfortable influencing CxO, IT Managers, Purchasing, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in the Enterprise Networking Arena.
  • Technical selling in cloud solutions, SaaS, or IaaS strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills - Good listening and strong presentation skills.
