Sales Specialists support Customers First by providing fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers. Sales Specialists interact with customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing their needs, locating merchandise, providing information on products and services, and making purchasing recommendations. Sales Specialists support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels and performing light pack down and pack out activities as needed. Sales Specialists support the Store Appearance priority by ensuring products are displayed and signed, cleaning shelves, and removing debris from aisles and showrooms to promote a shopping environment that is appealing. By supporting these three priorities, Sales Specialists drive sales to support department and store goals. Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies \u0026 standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards \u0026 unsafe conditions or reporting conditions to the Manager On Duty, and working safely as not to endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers.\u003Cbr
