This responsibility includes assuring the attainment of company sales and gross profit goals, sales coaching, motivation and personnel development\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003EMAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E25%- Execute the day to day management of sales and personnel. \u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cbr /\u003E15%- Involvement in recruiting top sales talent, training, motivation and development of sales representatives. \u003Cbr /\u003E Involvement in delivering quarterly and annual performance appraisals and appropriate corrective action. \u003Cbr /\u003E Educate and direct the sales group on how to upsell, obtain sales leads, develop sales team capability, \u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cbr /\u003E20%- Guide and motivate the group\u0027s sales efforts in each territory to insure that goals and quotas are met or exceeded on a consistent basis. \u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cbr /\u003E20%- Coach for sales growth. Work side-by-side making calls, coaching and mentoring with each rep for a minimum of one hour per week. \u003Cbr /\u003E Deliver sales training on-going \u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cbr /\u003E15%- Monitor calls on a weekly basis for each team member. This can be done remotely or side-by-side. \u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cbr /\u003E5%- Provide management review and authorization for certain restricted actions such as special pricing.\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003ENATURE AND SCOPE\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003EThis position reports to the Sales Manager. \u003Cbr /\u003EThis position has 3 direct reports.\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003EENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EEnvironment: \u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003ELocated in a comfortable indoor area.
