As a Global Factory Manager you will assist in managing the WRICEF and configuration work being done by the factory for PepsiCo Global Template deployments. The manager will partner with development teams to assist in architectural and design topics and ensuring proper use of PepsiCo tech team project tools. This role also includes governance for WRICEF and config work and will need to partner with development teams on resolving any quality issues and concerns. The role will support reviewing the required metrics and KPI reporting and work with factory lead on actioning as needed. This position will also play an active role in testing and cut-over activities to support the deployments.

  • Works with leadership on managing the WRICEF and Config delivery across all deployments and partners with the Factory, Hub and other external vendors on resource capacity to delivery WRICEF and configuration
  • Partner with the development teams on governance topics and ensure deployments adhering to WRICEF and configuration standards and processes
  • Provide expertise and guidance to development teams in development activities, connectivity activities across multiple SAP platforms (S/4, SAC, CIG) and Technology guidelines
  • Works with development partners to identify and resolve SAP defects and issues (S/4, MDG, Fiori, GRC, CRM, BW, CARAB), escalating as required
  • Work with leadership on delivery, governance and resource constraint issues.
  • Update and review global development standards, processes and strategies, and configuration standards and processes
  • Review and approve Development deliverables included in vendor statements of work
  • Work/collaborate with external vendors, including on-shore and offshore resources

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 5+ years of SAP hands-on experience with a focus on development and governance processes
  • Significant experience in at least 2 of the following SAP components: HANA, PO, SLT, SDI, CPI-DS, or other Analytics tools
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with higher levels of the organization
  • Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
  • Strong collaboration skills across functional and technical teams and multiple vendors/partners
Preferred Skills:
  • Collaboration & Negotiation Skills
  • Coaching/Facilitation skills (as promoted by the Agile Coaching Institute), including but not limited to
    • Levels of Listening
    • Conflict Resolution
    • Training techniques
