Responsibilities PNB has a Supply Chain Manager (L10) role is responsible for executing the overall Supply Chain plan including finished goods production, inventory management, and maintaining optimal inventory level for the PNB Network and members. Selected candidate will ensure production plans are developed and constantly adapted to deliver all customer service objectives while utilizing all procurement, manufacturing, and logistics assets to achieve the lowest total balanced operating cost possible. This position will leverage current applications and reporting platforms to optimize settings for a robust planning strategy. Primary Job Accountabilities: To safely produce the highest Quality product at the level of customer service our owners deserve in the most cost-effective way possible. Provide full Supply Chain oversite for PNB, its members and customers through planning, production and delivery Oversee approximately 60 PBNA, IB, Commissary, and Contract Ops Deployment sites. Align with the PBNA Innovation team on new products and LTOs. This includes incorporating PBNA and IB GIFT files. Align with the PBNA TPO team on PBNA sku deletions vs. PNB Deletions. Align with the PBNA/PNB Annual AOP process. Submit and manage the Global Procurement QuickBase Raw Material Forecast tool. Engage with PBNA Brand and innovation teams on LTO timing and execution. Network with PBNA Sector and Division Demand Planning and strategy teams representing PNB Responsible for timing and execution of Innovation including Raw Materials Represent PNB within Independent bottler network Support development of PNB AOP for Volume by package Work with Global Procurement to ensure raw material availability Qualifications Job Eligibility Criteria: BA or BS degree in business, supply chain, or operations Leadership, strong people and influence management skills. Bias toward action, able to synthesize multiple pieces of information and act decisively. Strong expertise in supply planning methodologies including plant operations Understand plant planning process Strong People leadership skills to onboard, develop, and help manage the careers of Supply Planners, Demand Planners, MRP Develop strong cross functional business relationships with partners and ability to influence across the range of functions. Good verbal and written skills. Strong influence skills. Ability to drive business strategies and objectives. Understand and communicate financial implications of changes in inventory levels and plant sourcing. Ability to analyze data, models, and results. Should possess advanced computer skills. Think through alternative and effectively develop contingency plans. Five of eight years of business planning and manufacturing experience. Results oriented, self-directed, and sense of urgency. Understanding and proficient in Avail, Prevail, MRP, SAP, Tableau, IPUM and ERT a plus.
