Job Description
Drive and support business performance via management and execution of Performance Reporting, Forecasting processes, Payroll, APS, Labor tracking, and managing the annual operating plan
Key Accountabilities:
Labor reporting on Daily, Weekly and Period basis
Manage APS transactions for CC 10,17,19
Daily business forecast updates and assessments
Management of periodic business forecasts
Financial close reviews, analysis and reconciliation (incl. reporting support)
AOP Planning Process ownership and support
Identify areas of financial risk and opportunity; Issue resolution
Qualifications/Requirements
BS Degree in Finance or Accounting or Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
Customer service-oriented attitude and demonstrated leadership capability
Advanced use of MS Office Suite
Proficient use of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
Strong analytical and communication skills
Strong team player and ability to successfully work in a matrix structure
