Auto req ID: 272723BR Job Description Key objectives include: Acting as a \"player coach\"; having direct hands on responsibility for plant and co-packer finished goods planning as well as the role of the planning representative on the plant management team. Accountability for over 34MMcs of production across 5 plant lines, assigned repack and copack lines Oversee master scheduling responsibilities covering a 65 week planning horizon, projecting manufacturing and warehousing capacity demands. Manage daily warehouse inventory replenishment levels in compliance to company inventory targets and customer service objectives in both plant and 3rd party warehouses Provide feedback and data to demand planning organizations to minimize waste and product availability gaps. Track plant schedule adherence and attainment performance and provide directional analysis. Manage all raw materila supply coordination including maintaining appropriate raw material inventory levels at plant and outside warehouse locations. Serve as primary contact for the facility to the global procurement team, vendors/suppliers on supplier relations and issue resolution. Manage releases against POs, load scheduling, delivery timing, and transactional reconciliations for accurate inventory maintenance and payments. Manage the old age, product loss, and material scrap budgets for the facility including analysis and action plans on key drivers of loss. Direct finished good and material planners to ensure proper utilization of planning and scheduling tools, including run strategy, inventory control, and MRP process. Provide early management leadership and direction as it relates to new products/packages and ingredients. Develop the capability and career of all direct reports using PepsiCos PMP process and tools. Perform root cause analysis utilizing Tableau tools in combination with advanced Excel spreadsheets. Note : Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location.
