Auto req ID: 270891BR Job Description The PBC Supply Chain is responsible for producing & distributing over 1.3 Billion cases of product through a network of plants, copackers, and DCs annually. The Network Strategy team plays a critical role in helping that network function efficiently. The team evaluates the full end-to-end supply chain network in developing sourcing solutions, with a key focus on capacity, capability, and logistics. The SC Strategy Associate Manager is an integral part of the Network Strategy team, with primary responsibility for the following: Managing select Productivity and Capability Capex development initiatives: Analyze, evaluate, and recommend potential network sourcing initiatives, taking into consideration production capability & capacity requirements, transport & logistics costs, distribution channel options, and aggregate sourcing costs. Serve as Network Strategy functional advisor, working effectively with Division and Sector cross functional partners to deliver approved productivity and capability Projects on time and with expected returns. Managing elements of AOP (Annual Operations Plan) Modelling Process: Ownership in modelling specific portions of Cold Fill Network. Working cross functionally with supply chain teams to gather cost, capacity, capability data and educating teams as needed on how their data is used in Network Strategy modelling. Validate and process data for entry into the Network Strategy model. Review model output and create publish files for share-out with broader SC organization. Respond to Division inquiries concerning any potential need to alter or change sourcing strategy. Support Reporting and Communication of Cost and Capacity Mitigation Efforts: Provide clear, concise, consistent, and insightful analytics around distribution costs, trends, issues, and opportunities for PBNA. Assist in the development of manufacturing capacity reporting to highlight current year upside capacity, as well as long term capacity needs to support PBNA growth. Prepare and present material to Supply Chain Senior Leaders in weekly/periodic forums. COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role. Please note that all such company vaccine requirements provide the opportunity to request an approved accommodation or exemption under applicable law Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors or Advanced Degree (MBA/MS) Required preferred in Supply Chain, Operations Research, or Industrial Engineering Work Experience: 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience with exposure to network optimization preferred Skills & Capabilities: Demonstrated leadership and influence management skills, with ability to function effectively in a cross-functional team environment Expert technical problem solver capable of analyzing large datasets for integrity and comparison Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, each against time bound completion requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with Supply Chain network optimization tools, such as LLamasoft or LogicNet is preferred Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications required Experience in Tableau preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Access, SQL, or other database knowledge preferred Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Standard Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
