Auto req ID: 269841BR Job Description The PBC Supply Chain is responsible for producing & distributing over 1.3 Billion cases of product through a network of plants, copackers, and DCs annually. The Network Strategy team plays a critical role in helping that network function efficiently. The team evaluates the full end-to-end supply chain network in developing sourcing solutions, with a key focus on capacity, capability, and logistics. The SC Strategy Associate Manager is an integral part of the Network Strategy team, with primary responsibility for the following: Lead the Advanced Production Planning Process for 24Pk and 32Pk Aquafina: Lead team of two planners to balance supply and capacity with demand to meet customer service objectives. Manages the production and deployment to 3rd Party AF Copackers (Niagara) including inventory and transport oversight. Ensures inventory and service targets and achieved including annual Aquafina summer / hurricane inventory build. Leads communication and cross functional partnership with division teams, external partners and internal stakeholders. External Sourcing: Ensure accurate representation of long-term bottler support available in Network strategy model refreshes. Align with division and Advanced Planning team on near term sourcing opportunities, changes, or balances. Maintain and enhance reporting to provide visibility to ordering opportunities Lead regular cross functional connects to ensure alignment and continuity of bottler support processes Note: COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role. Qualifications/Requirements Education/Certification: Bachelors or Advanced Degree (MBA/MS) Required preferred in Supply Chain, Operations Research, or Industrial Engineering Work Experience: 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience with exposure to network optimization preferred Skills & Capabilities: Demonstrated leadership and influence management skills, with ability to function effectively in a cross-functional team environment Expert technical problem solver capable of analyzing large datasets for integrity and comparison Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, each against time bound completion requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with Supply Chain network optimization tools, such as LLamasoft or LogicNet is preferred Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications required Experience in Tableau preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Access, SQL, or other database knowledge preferred Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Standard Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
