What you need to know:  Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to the commencement of employment. Applicants who wish to apply for a medical, religious accommodation or any other accommodation required under applicable law can do so later in the process (accommodations are not guaranteed and are decided on a case-by-case basis).

The ideal candidate will have deep experience litigating securities class actions brought under the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act (“PSLRA”) and Shareholder derivative matters. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with The Securities Act of 1933, The Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 and Delaware Corporate Law (including Section 220 and familiarity with the Business Judgement Rule, and Demand Futility Issues).
