Job Description

The Security Architect will be responsible for assessing PepsiCo application deployment and defining requirements for technology solutions. This position is a security expert with an appetite to learn new technology and leverage existing security skills to a wide range of deployment in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Perform architecture security assessment and provide a recommendation to ensure technology deployment adheres to security standards
2. Identify security gaps in proposed application architecture and guide stakeholders to ensure designs address security requirement
3. Author information security standards & specification to make sure new technology deployment is secure
4. Participate and work closely with the business teams to evaluating vendors from a security perspective
5. Provide security requirements and effectively communicates security risk to various stakeholders

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (or a related discipline) or relevant work experience

Experience:

1. Eight + years of experience in the design and implementation of complex IT systems
2. Five + years of experience in Information Security and proven experience in security architecture assessment
3. Expertise in one or more of the following areas - Network Security, Compute Security, Endpoint and Mobile Security Cloud Security, Application Security, and Operations Security
4. Industry security certification like CISSP is a must
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills
6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
