Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM Security is a fast-growing organization within IBM, focused on innovation, expertise and growth. IBM Israel seeks to hire a Security Portfolio Sales Representative. The Security Portfolio Sales Representative will be responsible for developing Cyber Security specific solutions that address clients business needs and deliver client value, while supporting IBM Security business strategies. The candidate will work to create solutions which are tailored to the clients business needs and integrate the security capabilities in a way that is valued by the customer. The candidate will apply industry specific Cyber knowledge and experience to bring new business and technology and insights to the assigned territories.

This Security Portfolio Sales Representative will be responsible for the sales of IBM Security products. The candidate is a highly effective with proven track record of delivering results, excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and business development experience in the information security industry.
Key skills required are as follows:
The ability to work independently.
Ability to build and qualify a sales pipeline.
The commercial skills to construct and negotiate complex deals.
A mature and measured approach.
Resilience and perseverance needed to get the business established.
Account planning and development.

Key Performance Indicators:
Meet revenue and margin goals.
Focus on building customer sales pipeline, especially within key target accounts.
Demonstrated ability to work with channel partners to develop customer relationships, transfer technical skills and ensure clients are provided with the best available IBM solutions
Negotiate with multiple levels of customer management, resulting in closing of the sale.

Required-
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advantage to hands-on pre-sale form the Security Domain, that would like to move to sales position.
  • At least 3 years experience in Account Management and Sales performance
  • At least 2 years experience in Security sales experience, Security and/or Compliance & Audit experience.
  • At least 3 years experience in IT industry
  • At least 2 years experience in Security products, solution and/or Service offerings.
  • English: Fluent
Preferred
  • Master's Degree
  • Hands-on pre-sale form the Security domain that would like to move to sales position.
  • Certified in CISSP

  • Experience in Security products, solution and/or Service offerings.
