Segment Enablement Manager for Service Provider

What You Will Do?


Ensure Customer Experience (CX) and Sellers in charge of Service Provider (SP) segment are equipped with CX knowledge, skill set and tools to maximize customer success and business growth.

- Manage SP Segment stakeholder (CX and Sales) enablement requirements in the region

- Deliver and facilitate the curriculum role-based training, education and enablement to Regional CX SP Organization and SP Sales through a multitude of innovative forums, platforms and multi-media vehicles (digital, webinar, live, boot camp, partners) to establish a globally consistent CX journey with Cisco

- Integrate with Sales programs & platforms to drive mindshare around the CX offers and lifecycle approach

- Collaborate and influence across CX Content Specialists, Role Communities Leads, CX Product Management, Theater Leads/Advisory and Sales to deliver integrated enablement and learning plans fit for audience (SP Sales and SP CX)

- Identify localization requirements and work with Central enablement team to deliver this.

- Support Cisco, Industry and Partner Regional events to deliver education, awareness, value proposition and CX journey.


Who Youll Work With

Theatre sales and CX teams, CXPM, Central Enablement, Role Communities 


Who You Are

- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in enablement or talent development.

- 15+ years relevant IT domain expertise, particularly in SP segment

- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement programs including, but not limited to: training design, delivery and measurement, communications, strategy, and relationship management.

- Exceptional presentation skills and ability to hold a large audience during presentations

- Ability to quickly become an expert on an IT domain topic such as services portfolio and train SP sales and CX organization  

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as active listening skills.

- Must prioritize effectively, be a problem solver, collaborative and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
