What You'll Do as part of Silicon Valley

As an Account Manager at Cisco, youll manage a growth commercial territory utilizing a team of engineers, specialists, account managers, and partners. You will target market opportunities within current Cisco customers as well as high growth start ups in the Bay Area. Selling in Silicon Valley, you will pursue market share growth in a highly competitive environment. You will be the tip of the spear when it comes to our $50B company winning against the newest and strongest competitors.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic selling
  • Account planning
  • CXO relationship building and initiative selling
  • Negotiation of $1M+ projects or similarly complex structured projects
  • Strong understanding of how technology aligns to business outcome
  • Building a greater team with partners and extended team
  • Managing short-term tactical and long term strategic sales funnel
  • Forecasting
  • Proven track record of successful attainment against quota
  • You're an intuitive, ambitious, humble, self-starting team player
