Provides a wide variety of administrative support to one or more departments and/or managers. Assists in the adherence to departmental budgets, prepares documents for personnel changes and produces various operating reports for the department served. Serves as the administrative liaison for all internal and external inquiries related to the assigned department.

  • Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and filing
  • ""
  • Coordinates and maintains records for staff office space, phones, company credit cards and office keys
  • ""
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
  • ""
  • Ability to manipulate data in Excel
  • ""
  • Coordinates meetings and conference calls as needed or anticipated
  • ""
  • Coordinates travel arrangements as needed; reviews and submit expense reports in Concur
  • ""
  • Answer phones promptly and uses good judgment to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner
  • ""
  • Prepares meeting materials and assists with the development of PowerPoint presentations
  • ""
  • Responsible for keeping inventory of all office supplies and placing orders for replenishment as needed
  • ""
  • Records minutes at various meetings and archives them accordingly.
  • ""
  • Schedule meetings internally and externally with physicians
  • ""
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior staff and medical staff
  • ""
  • Provide direct support to the Senior Leadership Team
  • ""
  • Responsible for coordination with the facilities department to maintain building functionality

  • Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • ""
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • ""
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • ""
  • Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
  • ""
  • Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
  • ""
  • You will be provisioned with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and are required to perform this role with patients and members on site, as this is an essential function of this role
  • ""
