A successful Sr. BA will operate with minimal supervision, prioritizing and executing tasks once given a general project goal. The person in this position must be a detail-oriented self-starter who is comfortable driving decisions. Additionally, this person must be able to build strong cross-functional partnerships, to ensure that his/her recommendations are implemented successfully. Responsibilities will include data modeling, big data analysis, continuous process improvement, and communicating recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners. This position drives the analytics to measure \u0026 drive improvement across 1985 US stores and over $1B in annual shrink. Asset Protection manages process improvement and operations strategy in collaboration with store operations, merchandising, finance and IT.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003ELead Project Teams of Analysts and other associates\u003Cbr /\u003E Perform data gathering tasks, synthesis \u0026ndash; develop solutions, project/strategy planning and data utilization\u003Cbr /\u003E Produce documents for teams and leadership to review and utilize.
