Job Title: Senior Commercialization Manager

Duties: Gather, study, and develop recommendations for a new model, framework and required organization changes to achieve PepsiCos innovation strategy. Analyze data and existing solutions to identify markets for program launches and opportunities to amplify revenue delivery where program has been launched. Implement new systems and procedures, as a trusted and impartial advisor for all PepsiCo functions, leveraging global and cross functional knowledge and experience to provide early visibility of possible opportunities and risks. Responsible for monitoring the companys innovation strategy by analyzing innovation program against strategy targets to identify risks and provide clarity on alternative portfolio options with recommendations on maximizing revenue delivery. Develop and present reports and project communications to executives, synthesizing complex data and business challenges into actionable insights. Identify solutions that resolve ambiguous issues and maintain project progression through building and gaining support for original ideas. These solutions will deliver significant business change within a fast paced, cross functional, uncertain, volatile, matrix environment with multiple stakeholders. Create proposals for new solutions or new program playbooks / program execution manuals. Study current working processes to identify improvements in organization processes, communication and information flow. Define and identify it ecosystem that will allow global markets to rapidly access pertinent information used to define and implement winning global projects. Work with supply chain experts to define a process that will allow PepsiCo to make clear choices on global projects that can deliver against the innovation program targets. Deliver a tool that provides clear assessment of current supply chain capability and investment choices and trade-offs required to enable capability for future launch markets. Set and direct the innovation program agenda, implementation. Confer with project teams, oversee and co-ordinate global roll-out of innovation program, new systems and innovation processes and procedures. Define the scope, reach, leverage, risks, contingencies, costs, and resourcing of the innovation program.


Job Requirements: Bachelors degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, Computer Science or related degree and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or related role. Must have three (3) years of experience with: defining, building and implementing toolkits, framework and behavior changes needed to deliver high corporate value; identifying course corrections that ensure portfolio revenue targets are achieved; executing global projects in multiple markets and regions; communicating and presenting to senior audience EVP level, synthesizing complex and large datasets and challenges into understandable and actionable format; creation and building original ideas; and leading ambiguous issues through to creative solutions. Must have two (2) years of experience working with Supply Chain resources/employees in the development of a toolkit and framework that enable clear assessment of the supply chain. Travel required 5% of the time.
