As a Senior Customer Experience Strategist, youll collaborate with a senior strategist optimizing our client experiences for the strategic Mid-Market Business segment. Youll focus on developing customer journey maps, conducting end-to-end gap analysis and measurement, change management and strategy alignment. Additionally, youll co-lead experience-design workshops and assist in primary and secondary research, gathering valuable consumer insights to help formulate and recommend solutions that will enhance the consumers journey.


+ Assist in primary and secondary research to understand the customer experience and synthesize to land on actionable insights.

+ Develop artifacts that tell the story of the customer experience such as storyboards, customer journey maps, personas, and service blueprints.

+ Socializes the North Star vision of the customer experience throughout the organization.

+ Builds relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders.


+ 2-5 years experience in CX design, Service Design or Experience design

+ Ability to manage workflow independently and work through ambiguity

+ Knowledge of CX best practices, Human-Centered Design, and workshop facilitation

+ Bachelors degree in Service Design preferred.
