Senior Customer Service Representative is an expert in Pfizer operations. The job holder is a highly driven individual with execution focus and strong sense of urgency and is completely familiar with pharma practices. The position responsibilities include but not limiting to the followings:



+ Lead project or improvement solutions;

+ Manage performance matrix and ensure team member meet their goals;

+ Implement LCS logistics goals and departmental strategies;

+ Take initiative to communicate with Inter-Company stakeholder to facilitate order movement;

+ Familiar with AMP and market expectations;

+ Manage NPL shipments and able to review SAP setup for new product launches, flex routing etc;

+ Maintain master record in SAP;

+ Meet TCT and SOT of shipments;

+ Manage multiple markets;

+ Map processes and initiate documentations for department work instruction or job aid;

+ Drive continuous process improvement iniatitives in collaboration with cross funcational teams;

+ Serve a Guide/ Coach team on work related aspects based on expertise/knowledge;

+ Manage the performance of order processing for specific markets, inbound product processing and cross dock shipment and foreign to foreign drop shipment;

+ Ensure the documentation processed by the team members are complete and meeting customer requirement;

+ Operate and manage a market with customer facing and communicate to market independently;

+ Improvise solutions to market and understand market requirements



The role is also expected to have expertise on the following aspects of Customer Service:



+ Manage the performance of order processing for specific markets, inbound product processing and cross dock shipment and foreign to foreign drop shipment;

+ Ensure the documentation processed by the team members are complete and meeting customer requirement;

+ Operate and manage a market with customer facing and communicate to market independently;

+ Improvise solutions to market and understand market requirements;

+ Issue and follow up Purchase Orders;

+ Monitor Purchase Orders download from forecasting system into SAP;

+ Monitor the Purchasing / Sales Order processing activities;

+ Coordinate with supplying plants for product routing setup;

+ Monitor inventory levels to support the company's inventory strategy;

+ Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery;

+ Coordinate with forwarding agents on shipment delivery schedule;

+ Handle shipment arrangement and preparation of all shipping and banking documentation;

+ Prepare documents for repackaging jobs;

+ Manage documentation filing and clerical support;

+ Handle customer enquires/complaints;

+ In/stock in

+ Bank LC and other specific market commercial transactions.
