The Senior"Data Analyst will provide actionable insights and recommendations by"uncovering the stories contained in data. This individual will be required to"effectively articulate results to internal stakeholders including, but not"limited to, member experience, marketing, and leadership. You will need to"bring passion for helping people by predicting / identifying consumer needs /"pain points and developing innovative solutions to meet/reduce them. Most"importantly this individual will need to excel at telling this story and influencing"leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches to drive value.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide analytical"support for Government Operations - Group
Deliver all"analytic initiatives and requests prioritized by key business partner
Design, measure,"and analyze reward campaigns and provide strategic recommendations to"stakeholders
Develop and"implement effective/strategic solutions through exploration, analysis, and"modeling of data

Applies knowledge of statistics, machine"learning, programming, data modeling, simulation, and advanced mathematics to"recognize patterns, identify opportunities, pose business questions, and make"valuable discoveries leading to prototype development and product improvement."Uses a flexible, analytical approach to design, develop, and evaluate"predictive and prescriptive models and advanced algorithms that lead to optimal"value extraction from the data. Works with analytics and statistical software"such as SQL, R, Python, Hadoop and others to perform analysis and interpret"data."

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or similar field
5+ years of experience utilizing analytic tools (such as R, Python, SAS, SQL, etc.)
5+ years of experience performing, managing, and delivering on analytic projects/initiatives
Professional experience with statistical modeling in the marketing measurement and analytics space
