Overview National Programs Team enables Frito Lay North America (FLNA) productivity, compliance and/or volume growth through cost effective & time sensitive national installations. This position will support scoping, scheduling & accurately maintaining budget. Selected candidate will interface with various levels of the organization and work collaboratively across multiple business teams and functions. Responsibilities Define manufacturing and unit operation needs for project scope requirements and documentation Ability to independently lead medium and large projects Apply Engineering principles to problem solving and managing unexpected changes Participate in and lead cross-functional teams of colleagues and outside resources, including plant personnel, equipment vendors, engineering and construction contractors Manage cost by developing project budgets, maintaining cost tracking tools and actively controlling project costs to deliver project cost requirements. Create project funding documents Demonstrate time management skills by developing project timelines, maintaining time management tools in multiple formats and actively controlling project schedules, ensuring project schedule attainment Manage procurement including analyzing quotes, writing procurement documents and tracking project procurement information. This also includes developing and leveraging technical specifications and writing inspection acceptance test plans Develop, manage and execute equipment installation and start-up plans while supervising outside contractors and vendors Manage multiple project deliverables, accelerated timelines and competing priorities Adequately manage, communicate and mitigate project risks Positively influence at all levels within and outside the organization as a thought leader Providing insightful analysis of business results to senior Supply Chain Leaders on performance and ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem solving and business improving recommendations COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role.
