Cox Enterprises is hiring a Senior Facilities Coordinator. In this role, you will administer and execute the Facility and Operational needs of the location and ensure optimal daily functioning of the building. You will be a Point of Contact and liaison with the Property Management office. This position will report to the Manager, Facilities.
*Responsibilities:*

* Execute the General Office and Operational needs of the Facility
* Receive Office Supplies and maintain stock/supplies in all work areas
* Work with your manager on project design specifications when applicable
* Work with your team members and contractors to manage departmental moves
* Manage Conference Room, Training Room, and Common Area space needs, including special set ups
* General maintenance/tracking of Facilities office equipment (leases)
* Support IT department regarding Security, Copiers, Fax machine, Mail Meter.
* Respond to maintenance calls and emails by coordinating Service Station requests with building management and security
* Order Office Supplies as directed by Manager - stock closets.
* Initiate and manage secure document destruction
* Prepare and manage team member workspace, including new hire needs and separated team members
* Manage and enforce safe, compliant practices for Team Member Parking area(s)
* Support Human Resources dept. with regard to Ergonomic program
* Maintain and foster positive Subcontractor relationships
* Keep Team Member breakrooms stocked with Coffee/paper goods/ milk/ utensils/ service repairs
* Schedule and oversee Preventative Maintenance Services

Qualifications:

* High School diploma/ GED required
* 5 years of experience in facility management or related field
* strong organizational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and activities simultaneously
* ability to effectively manage changing priorities and deadlines
* ability to effectively communicate with all levels of team members and management
* Contract/Vendor maintenance experience
* Facility management or similar experience (2-year minimum)
* Experience with or knowledge of interior design, office layout, and/or space planning
*Preferred Skills*

* Construction Project Management experience
* Experience writing/ distributing requests for bids and/or requests for proposals with external parties
* Interior Design or space planning experience
* Facility management experience with multi-location and/or multi-properties
* Budgeting experience
* Professional Certification (PMP, CPM, etc.)
* Real Estate experience
* Associates degree in applicable field (or an acceptable combination of professional experience and professional certifications) preferred
* BS or BA (4 years or degree) in related discipline
