Senior Information Manager

As part of Information Management's Clinical Trial Solutions team, the Senior Information Manager (IM) serves as the Product Owner for one or more solutions that support clinical trial data processing. The IM forms a critical partnership with Digital and Business Process Owners and plays a key role in the lifecycle of an application, while providing governance, leadership, and ensuring data quality and compliance are maintained. The initial primary application focus will be the support of Oracle Data Management Workbench (DMW).


+ Planning and implementing business solutions that enable business process

+ Providing strategic direction and operational oversight of applications to meet business needs

+ Driving standard processes and technical controls to ensure the integrity, authenticity, and reliability of applications

+ Representing IM in cross functional work groups to support portfolio and business needs

+ Communication of plans and decisions to ensure alignment of expectations across business lines

+ Overseeing the ongoing maintenance and operations of applications

+ Support application SDLC including defining requirements, user acceptance testing, training and rollout

+ Driving application best practices


+ Bachelor's degree in a Life Science, Computer Science or equivalent

+ Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech or CRO

+ Strong communication (written and oral), decision-making, influencing, negotiation, and project management skills

+ Technical skills and experience using relational databases (Oracle, etc.)

+ Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

+ Understanding of drug development process and related data flow


+ Oracle Life Science Hub (LSH) and Data Management Workbench (DMW)

+ Oracle InForm and Central Designer
